At this time the employer can request the employment applicant complete a thorough pre-employment form listing his or her current and prior counties of residence within the past seven years. Our company checks for conviction history in the counties the applicant discloses and where we determine the applicant has lived for the past seven years.

In most circumstances, the response turnaround on criminal history checks is 24 to 72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. The prospective employee completes a standard job application form along with a detailed release of information form.
